Dr. Marshall is a product of Aldine I.S.D. She attended Aldine from elementary through high school. She graduated from Eisenhower High School. Dr. Marshall later attended North Harris County College (Lone Star) where she received her associate degree in early childhood education. She received her bachelors in business management from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Marshall became a PPCD teacher at Keeble EC Pre-K Center where she taught for six years. While teaching at Keeble she also attended Sam Houston State University and completed a double masters in Educational Leadership and Special Education. She later became assistant principal at Keeble EC PK Center. After two years as assistant principal Dr. Marshall went to Spring ISD as an Instructional Coach. She returned to Aldine ISD as an assistant principal at Black Elementary School and she began a doctoral program. In July of 2016 Dr. Marshall returned to her home, Keeble EC PK Center as the principal. Dr. Marshall completed her doctorate in Christian leadership in 2017. She is grateful and considers herself extremely blessed for the opportunity to serve the students, parents, and community of Aldine.

Mr. Juan Toscano, Assistant Principal

Mr.Toscano graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. After working for several years in Manufacturing in different lead positions, Mr. Toscano started his alternative teaching certification with Region 4 in 2006 and started working in Aldine ISD as a 4th grade teacher at Magrill Elementary in August 2007. During his time at Magrill he continued building his teaching capacity as a 1st. and 4th. grade bilingual teacher, and the Bilingual Skills Specialist. Mr. Toscano was honored as the Teacher of the Year on 2014.

In 2015 Mr. Toscano had the opportunity to move to Klein ISD as a multicampus Language Specialist, working with students, teachers and administrators to improve the performance of the English Learning students, along with different projects district-wide to better serve students and teachers in bilingual classrooms. In 2017 Mr. Toscano obtained his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler, with Principal Certification.

Mr. Toscano is extremely honored to be back in Aldine ISD to serve the students, teachers and community of Keeble EC/PK/K as their Assistant Principal.

When not in school, Mr. Toscano enjoys learning about innovation in education, technology integration and personalized learning. He also likes cooking for his family and streaming movies and TV shows.
